- 8 oz mixed olives
- 4 oz whole grain or Dijon mustard
- 1 cup red and green grapes
Instructions
- Prep the pepperoni by peeling slices apart and laying them flat on a cutting board.
- Roll each pepperoni slice tightly into a cylinder starting from one edge.
- Gently fan out the edges of the rolled pepperoni to create a rose shape.
- Repeat the rolling process to make 10-12 pepperoni roses.
- Place small bowls for olives and mustard on the board to anchor the layout.
- Arrange crackers in stacks or rows to create structure.
- Place the pepperoni roses on the board as the focal point.
- Fold salami slices into loose rolls or triangles and place near crackers.
- Fold or roll provolone slices and place next to the salami.
- Scatter cheddar cubes around the board to fill gaps and add height.
- Place grapes in clusters and berries in small piles to add color and freshness.
- Adjust items to ensure a balanced, abundant look with varied heights and colors.
